We are currently seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Design Consultants (In-Home Sales Representatives). This is a great opportunity to build a six-figure income while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
What You’ll Do- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling or lead generation required)
- Deliver in-home sales presentations using an iPad
- Build rapport and guide customers through design solutions
- Present pricing and close sales daily
- Participate in ongoing bi-weekly sales training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable presenting in a home setting
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Outgoing personality with strong people skills
- Previous sales experience preferred (in-home sales a plus)
- 100% Commission-Based (1099 Position)
- Uncapped earning potential – $150,000+ annually
