Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and supervise staff in group homes
  • Ensure safety, quality care, and person-centered services for residents
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members
  • Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
  • Manage staffing schedules and respond to emergencies or incidents
  • Communicate with families, guardians, and care teams
  • Oversee household operations, budgets, and required documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotations and fill in as needed
