The Impact You’ll Make in this Role as a Homecare Process Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Providing operations management insights to improve productivity through process improvement and workforce performance.
• Overseeing the analytical functions of the department including but not limited to compliance, continuous improvement, workforce management, productivity tracking and KPI projections.
• Facilitate change management: Identify impacts, mitigate risks, help communicate changes to internal team and external stakeholders.
• Partners with other functional areas to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Recognize impacts on related processes and ensures communication of issues and proposed solutions to appropriate business and process owners.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (high school) or higher and 3 years of experience in data compilation, trend analysis, and producing actionable recommendations

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate in diverse, multi-functional environments.
• English Level: Advanced (C1)
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Intermediate knowledge Access Database.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Basic to intermediate working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other query language.
• Ability to communicate effectively at the management level.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures.

Travel: May include up to 5% travel
