As a Vice President of Marketing Transformation within Chase Home Lending, you will help deliver our business objectives by utilizing data and technology to lead marketing efficiency and effectiveness. You will drive the transformation of marketing capabilities by leveraging data, decision models, and technology to personalize marketing across channels such as digital, branch, and advisor. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners like Data & Analytics, Decision Sciences, Audience Management, and Marketing Platforms, and you will apply a product mindset to define use cases, assess alternatives, prioritize opportunities, and deliver a transformation roadmap using Agile methodologies.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop a roadmap of use cases with cross-functional alignment, applying an Agile delivery approach.
- Devise an organizing framework for data and models needed to deliver marketing use cases, accounting for factors such as business impact, user experience, data complexity, and compliance.
- Determine a strategy to activate marketing data across channels using technology platforms such as customer data platforms, marketing automation, and personalization technologies.
- Improve Speed to Market by managing the Book of Work, establishing baselines and benchmarking of timelines, and eliminating bottlenecks through processes (e.g., strategy form) and data/tech (e.g., audience management).
- Optimize workflow using tools such as Monday and Workfront to improve handoffs and reduce holding time, and using templates to reduce build times.
- Support the delivery of a roadmap of key marketing technology platforms and vendors.
- Support marketing data and technology governance initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 7+ years leading marketing transformation projects using Agile methodologies.
- Technology strategy & execution: end-to-end management from business objectives, current state assessment, gap analysis, and resource management to delivery of an Agile roadmap.
- Cross-functional execution: work effectively in a matrixed environment across Home Lending Marketing and stakeholders such as Product, Decision Science, and Finance.
- Communication: build narratives around complex topics in written and verbal formats, across functions and levels, including senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Marketing technology: experience with modern marketing stacks across web, mobile apps, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), master data management (MDM), and marketing automation.
- Learning agility: adapt to a dynamic environment across business, product, and technology.
- Master's degree/MBA in Information Systems from an accredited institution.
