Home Equity Closer

In the role of the Home Equity Closer, you will be responsible for reviewing approved Home Equity Line of Credit applications for completeness and accuracy in a timely manner. You will thrive in this role through your attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.

Primary responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of approved Home Equity Line of Credit applications
• Prepare & Review Home Equity line of credit closing documentation

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication, as you will interact with various colleagues across the Home Equity department
• Ability to follow directions, multitask and work independently
• Ability to readily adapt in a fast pace ever changing work environment
• Advanced typing and strong computer skills – including Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work in team environment to meet goals set forth
• Requires ability to navigate a data entry system or other relevant applications
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of policies and procedures relating to Home Equity products

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (4 days in Johnston, RI)
