We are seeking a Hog Barn Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our SHF Hog Complex. This role is hands-on and essential to maintaining animal health, enforcing biosecurity, and ensuring facilities are operating at a high standard.

Why You’ll Love This Role
As the Hog Barn Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Perform daily barn chores (2x/day)
  • Monitor feed, water, temperature, and ventilation
  • Identify and treat animal health issues
  • Assist with loading/unloading hogs
  • Maintain clean, organized barns and facilities
  • Follow strict biosecurity protocols
  • Handle mortality management and recordkeeping
  • Complete basic maintenance and repairs

Estimated Salary Range: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
