The Role

Job Description:

Mission

Reporting to the Head of Procurement and Logistics Spain, leads AHE Procurement Strategy in alignment with AH group Strategy and AHE Business and Operations Strategy, being accountable for:

The aeronautical sourcing activity, leading the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance with Company requirements.

Monitoring the contract with suppliers and Company stakeholders, ensuring the complete application of contract terms and its full performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, cost...).

Leading, driving and managing suppliers and supply chain related projects under AHE portfolio to maximize internal and external customer value, while minimizing total product cost & risks.

Monitoring and challenging suppliers operations to ensure a timely procurement, ensuring products are delivered on time, cost and quality to our internal customers in close collaboration with Supply Chain Management and Suppliers Quality.

Ensuring the coordination and alignment within the Multifunctional / Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases.

Main activities

Leads Strategic Procurement management for the full supply scope within AHE.

Leads Procurement Operations for Standard Parts, Raw Materials and aeronautical subcontracting.

Builds fruitful relationships with suppliers and settles binding commitments to ensure the best contractual conditions for the company, including but not limited to competitive prices, challenging OTD and OTQ performance, sustainable and reliable sourcing.

Negotiates contracts and potential liquidated damages along the corresponding claims.

Export control compliance all across procurement governance.

Main deliverables

Contracts, contract amendments and tendering processes on time and complying with OP targets.

Claims and LD’s routines, communication and negotiation.

Prices and cost variance booster and controlling.

Parts deliveries in accordance with OTD, OTC and OTQ targets.

Professional Experience

5 years experience in supply chain management within aerospace, automotive, or similar industries.

Competences

Engineering Degree / Master.

MBA is valued.

Negotiation skills.

Team Management experience.

Sound knowledge in logistics and supply chain processes.

Technical knowledge on manufacturing processes and technologies.

Soft Skills

Reliable in business and firm in Ethics and Compliance behavior.

Open mindset to work in an international environment.

Proactive as Multifunctional Team actor.

Good on communication.

IT Tools

SAP user / knowledge.

GSuite / Office advanced user: Excel / GSheets, Power Point / GPresentations, etc.

Languages

Spanish negotiation level.

English negotiation level.

French is valued.
