Job Description- Manages and supervises the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to product Section
- Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within product Section
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Functional accountability for product Section on Country level
- Level of Education: Univeresity Degree
- Branch Of Study: Technical (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) / Industrial Engineering / Management / etc
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in management, preferably with at least 3 years in production management.
- Language: French, English

Skills Required
- University degree
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Management or similar
- At least 7 years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years in management

- Fluency in French and English
