Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a HO Toulouse Logistics Operations (f/m) to join our Supply Chain & Logistics Operations organisation based in Toulouse, France.
We are looking for an experienced leader to manage the Toulouse logistics, which includes the good receipt, storage and distribution of flying and non-flying goods and logistics for events, such as Airshows.
We operate several hubs and proximity stores (roughly 215 000 m2), mainly subcontracted for flying goods and directly operated by Airbus operators for non flying goods. Our customers are all the production sites of Toulouse : FALs Single Aisle, FALs Wide Body, Electrical Center, Paintshop, Saint Eloi, Flight test, …
To prepare the ramp-up, a transformation project THOR (Toulouse Hub Operations Rate readiness) is at G3 maturity. The project includes warehouse automation and extension and an optimisation of the existing activities (Emergency Imbalance Surcharge - EIS - end 2027).

Your challenges:
Ensure health & safety at highest standard, including subcontractors
For non flying perimeter : ensure the ordering activities , the storage (management of the hub and of the local warehouses) and the distribution of parts/material across all Toulouse stations, including Saint Eloi
Drive Toulouse operations performance to the target levels, including Materials Availablity @ station
Direct management of the internal logistics organisation
Management of the logistics service provider - LSP
Build a strong link with Procurement and other key stakeholders, foster strong collaboration with all internal customers in FALs, Customer Line, paintshop & St Eloi
Co-lead with General Procurement the Call for Tender from S2-2026 for the LSP
Drive deployment of improvement projects, including business development, cost savings and quality improvements
Define and Lead the Toulouse logistics end to end transformation plan including THOR project.
Secure THOR( (Toulouse Hub Operations Rate readiness) project aiming at enabling Toulouse ramp up, increasing performance and reducing costs thanks to an extension and an automatisation of warehouses.
