  • Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions offering support in financial stability, job readiness, and career development. Such support should include, but is not limited to, debt management, building savings, and credit score improvement.
  • Supports the maintenance of the current My Bridge 2 Success mobility mentoring program for members in the HNHF neighborhoods.
  • Creates avenues and resources for community education around the use of consumer loans and credit cards, the home buying process, and employment and job readiness.
  • Contributes to the coordination and facilitation of the HNHF VITA Income Tax Preparation program in a way that prioritizes services for families with children who are eligible for supports like the Earned Income Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists with the development of project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinates project meetings and communicates updates to team members.
  • Monitors project progress alongside project manager and identifies any potential risks or issues.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Prepares and maintains project documentation and reports.
  • Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation for the project.
  • Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and efficiently provide time management.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work well independently.

Experience:

One year of program or project support, required.
