Overview:
- Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions offering support in financial stability, job readiness, and career development. Such support should include, but is not limited to, debt management, building savings, and credit score improvement.
- Supports the maintenance of the current My Bridge 2 Success mobility mentoring program for members in the HNHF neighborhoods.
- Creates avenues and resources for community education around the use of consumer loans and credit cards, the home buying process, and employment and job readiness.
- Contributes to the coordination and facilitation of the HNHF VITA Income Tax Preparation program in a way that prioritizes services for families with children who are eligible for supports like the Earned Income Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit.

- Prepares and maintains project documentation and reports.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required.
