Job Purpose
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations by implementing lean manufacturing methodologies and daily management systems. Support the achievement of short-term and long-term operational goals through employee engagement, process optimization, and the development of a strong continuous improvement culture.
A glimpse of your daily mission
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the plant operational strategy and annual targets.
Drive lean manufacturing culture across the organization through the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence practices.
Coordinate and facilitate Kaizen activities and improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
Analyze operational performance data and identify improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes.
Deliver internal training sessions to increase employees’ knowledge and engagement in lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement tools.
Support the implementation and maintenance of operational systems such as visual management, suggestion systems, workplace organization standards, and daily management routines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to ensure successful implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
Facilitate productivity improvement projects and support process optimization initiatives across the plant operations.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments.
Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, problem-solving methodologies, and operational excellence tools.
Experience leading continuous improvement projects and facilitating cross-functional initiatives.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
