WHAT YOU'LL DO
During the internship, you will get to work next to different Business Controllers who will play a key role in developing your competences and inspire you to explore new career horizons. They’re excited to guide you through various aspects of the retail business by showing how fashion and business go hand in hand.
During the internship, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience in business controlling and cost analysis across Merchandising, E-commerce, Expansion, and Controlling departments.
- Analyze product data to provide key insights and actionable conclusions.
- Contribute to allocation analysis according to the company's guidelines.
- Optimize the customer offer by leaning on salesmanship to analyze data within the set frames.
- Explore the roles and functions of different departments within our business.
- Support budgeting for both online and retail sales.
- Analyze stock levels and garment availability to maximize selling and minimize cost.
- Develop a deeper understanding of decision-making processes in a global retail company.
- Practice informal leadership by effectively communicating and presenting analysis in a clear, inspiring, and simple way.
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for ambitious, driven students who are proactive and eager to begin a new career adventure. If you’re passionate about numbers and enjoy uncovering insights that lead to real actions, then this role is for you!
Who we are looking for:
- Student or graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or similar studies (2-3rd year of Bachelor’s / 1-2nd year of Master’s or max 2 years after study).
- Availability for 12 months of Internship Program based on full-time contract (40h/week).
- Self-driven personality with eagerness to learn and contribute.
- Experienced using Excel; knowledge in other analytical tools (e.g. Power BI) is beneficial.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Cooperative with clear and inspiring communication skills.
- Interest and knowledge about the fashion industry would be considered as advantage.
JOIN US
This is a full-time internship based on a local contract at our Regional Office in Warsaw, running from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. This program requires a valid permit to live and work in Poland.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Phone interview: we'd love to hear more about you and your career aspirations, and we're here to answer any questions you have about the program.
Online test: you'd be asked to complete an online test to evaluate your readiness to take on the controlling adventure as of today.
Assessment Center: if successful, you will be invited to an assessment center where, together with other candidates, you will engage in a case study.
Interview: as the final stage of the process, the interview aims to get to know you better, including your professional ambitions and personal qualities.
Final decision: our goal is to inform you about the outcome of the recruitment process not later than two weeks after the interview.
