Lead the HKTW Supply Chain team to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, develop strategies, manage financial investments, ensure compliance, and build a strong team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead HKTW Supply Chain team and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations across all the franchises, including planning, IE operation, warehouse & distribution, customer service, and capex management.

Develop Supply Chain strategies to best support the HTKW business growth needs. Build up efficient operation model to support different business models.

Best balance the cost and service. Manage our supply chain financial investment in HKTW to deliver service and efficiencies. Deliver the Financial and Operational KPI targets of DSI,  E&O, Scrap, Cost-To-Serve, LIFR, BO, Forecast Accuracy, etc.

Optimize operation process - Technology, Assets performance & efficiencies, operating cost, productivity enhancement.

100% Compliance to Group Audit, MAPS, Quality, Trade Compliance, etc

Build up a strong team with appropriate pipeline and back up plan. Deliver People KPI target, such as retention, talent development, etc.

Capability Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above

Experience: 5+ years medical device background in Logistics/Customer Service/Supply Chain

Familiar with HKTW industry regulations and requirements

Good Management skills and analytical skills

Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working across functions, remote communication and matrix organization

Strategic thinking and planning

Result oriented
