Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions using Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and PECIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments to ensure system stability and performance
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct unit and end-to-end testing to validate integration functionality against business and technical requirements
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to business, IT, and service partners on integration strategies and best practices
- Support integration discovery and scoping phases for new implementation projects
- Coordinate deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time project completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for and execute Workday releases, including regression testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 7-12 years of professional experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years as a Workday Integrations Consultant or Developer
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integration tools including Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and PECIs
- Minimum of 3 years of experience integrating applications via web service APIs using SOAP and REST protocols
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with JavaScript, XSLT, JSON, and xPath for data transformation and integration logic
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within agile teams
- Proficient in documenting technical designs, specifications, and integration workflows
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 7-12 years of professional IT experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant or Developer
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and PECIs
- At least 3 years of experience integrating applications through SOAP and REST web service APIs
- At least 2 years of experience with JavaScript, XSLT, JSON, and XPath
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within agile teams
- Proficiency documenting technical designs, specifications, and integration workflows
