Hiring Travel Cath Lab Tech in Midland, MI with $3200 Weekly Gross

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Cath Lab Tech for  multiple travel/contract positions in Midland, MI. 

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $3200 weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Cath Lab

Shifts available: Days

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5, 8-hr shifts, Mon-Fri, Weekend for call only, 10 on-call shifts per month 

Position Requirements:

• Cath Lab Tech experience: 2 years - Required
  
• Prior Travel Nursing experience – Highly preferred
  
• Covid Vaccination – Required
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ARRT Cert - Required
  
• BLS Certification from AHA  - Required
  
• ACLS Certification from AHA - Required
  

Job Description:

• This position sets up all radiographic equipment prior to performing angiographic and cath lab procedures, processes and performs quality control checks on cine radiographic images.
  
• Assists in preparing patient for procedures and assists other members of the cath lab/Interventional Radiology staff and physicians as needed to ensure timely and efficient use of the cardiac cath lab/special procedures.
  
• Assists in prepping patients, sterile tray set up, post-cath care and procedures, and room clean up.
  
• Manipulates equipment and sets appropriate techniques on radiographic generators to achieve optimal image quality.
  
• Operates a variety of electronic equipment including cardiac output computers, oxygen saturation equipment, hemodynamic equipment, pacemakers, etc., and performs oxygen saturation studies and cardiac output measurements.
