Join Gig4U’s Internal Team as a Recruitment Executive and be the link between freelancers, part-timers, and top client projects. You’ll handle bulk/volume hiring/ Blue collar hiring for internal business requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions using various job portals and recruitment channels.

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth follow-up with candidates
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (bulk/volume hiring preferred)
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Apna,Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good personality and presentable appearance
- Ready to work from the office
