Preferred Required Minimum Skills: Ability to read, write and speak English language, optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and holds basic computer skills; Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills along with customer service skills required; Ability to function in a fast paced environment and respond to emergencies in using a decisive, composed and respectful manner;
Possess excellent time management skills; practices nursing using evidence and analytical skills possess strong critical thinking skills
Skills Required
- Active single-state RN license or RN compact multi-state license
- BLS certification through an accepted provider
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing school with required clinical hours
- Associate degree in Nursing or nursing diploma
- Direct patient care experience
- Intraoperative experience or operating room circulating experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic computer skills and ability to use technology supporting clinical care
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, customer service, critical-thinking, and time-management skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
