We are looking for an experienced Proposal Engineer with strong expertise in water and wastewater treatment systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in STP/WWTP design, technical proposals, and projects exceeding 10 MLD capacity.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
- Design and engineer water & wastewater treatment systems.
- Develop technically sound solutions in coordination with engineering and project teams.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable treatment technologies.
- Support proposals for municipal, industrial, and institutional projects.
- Understand GCC market trends and client requirements.
- End-to-end design & engineering of STP and WWTP projects.
- Experience with projects having >10 MLD capacity.
- Strong knowledge of:
- MBR, MBBR, SBR & ASP
- TSE Polishing
- BWRO & SWRO
- Ultrafiltration (UF)
- Water Softeners
- MBR, MBBR, SBR & ASP
- Experience using proposal/design software such as Bentley, GEMS, or similar tools.
Requirements
- Engineering background is mandatory.
- Currently working in the Water Treatment / Wastewater Treatment industry.
- Proven experience in STP/WWTP projects.
- Strong technical and proposal preparation skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Exposure to GCC projects/market will be preferred.
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Engineering background
- Current experience in the water treatment or wastewater treatment industry
- End-to-end design and engineering experience for STP and WWTP projects
- Experience with projects exceeding 10 MLD capacity
- Knowledge of MBR, MBBR, SBR, and ASP technologies
- Knowledge of TSE polishing, BWRO, SWRO, ultrafiltration, and water softeners
- Experience using Bentley, GEMS, or similar proposal/design software
- Strong technical and proposal preparation skills
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Exposure to GCC projects or markets
