Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive with experience in Tower Cranes, Heavy Lifting, or Construction Equipment to manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations. The role involves crane deployment, mobilization, erection, commissioning, maintenance, breakdown coordination, dismantling, documentation, and coordination with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of tower cranes across multiple project sites.
  • Manage crane mobilization, demobilization, erection and dismantling activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, project managers, site engineers, operators and technical teams.
  • Monitor site requirements, project progress and operational schedules.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
  • Track crane uptime, equipment availability, spare-part requirements and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure availability of required manpower, tools, equipment and materials for site operations.
  • Maintain operational documentation, including daily site reports, maintenance records, breakdown reports and erection/dismantling reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with site safety teams and ensure compliance with company safety procedures and SOPs.
  • Support commercial and billing activities by tracking deployment periods, installation/dismantling activities and project extensions.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as required.


Requirements
  • Practical knowledge of Tower Cranes / Heavy Lifting Equipment.
  • Understanding of crane erection, dismantling, maintenance and site operations.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Ability to understand basic technical drawings and equipment documentation.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple project sites and willingness to travel.
  • Safety-conscious and disciplined approach.
