We’re hiring for multiple roles at Skiptown, where dogs and good vibes are always part of the job. Here’s who we’re looking for:
Dog Park Attendants
You'll be the eyes and ears of the park, making sure pups play safely and everyone’s having a good time.
- Oversee off-leash dog play to ensure safe and positive interactions
- Engage with pet parents and share Skiptown info, memberships, and events
- Keep the park clean and organized (scooping, sweeping, resetting—yep, it’s part of it!)
- Respond quickly and calmly to dog or guest incidents—safety first!
- Represent the Skiptown vibe and standards with every interaction
- Use our tech tools to log info, communicate, and stay on schedule
Pet Care Team Members
Your job? Make sure every dog gets the care and attention they deserve.
- Supervise group play and ensure happy, safe doggo interactions
- Monitor health and behavior, and communicate clearly with the team
- Give one-on-one care during rest, meals, and activities
- Track appointments and updates through our Skiptown app and Slack
- Keep everything clean, cozy, and running smoothly

- Keep our “Purple Food Prep Box” stocked, clean, and ready
- Receive and prep food orders accurately and quickly
- Work fast to keep wait times down without sacrificing quality
- Use top-notch time management to stay on track
- Help set a fun, friendly tone for our guests and teammates
