What You’ll DoProvide care based on a nurse‑developed plan, including: • Bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care • Light housekeeping, laundry, bed making • Meal prep and feeding • Range‑of‑motion exercises • Transfers and ambulation support • Medication reminders •
