We’re looking to hire a talented HIP Senior Product Manager based in Denton, TX.
Reporting to the VP, North America Equipment, the HIP Senior Product Manager blends core product management responsibilities and strategic leadership to build and scale an equipment business targeting large industrial end users. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience, a strong technical foundation, and a passion for building customer-centric solutions.
Primary Duties
Build and execute a strategy to grow ESAB’s equipment business among large industrial end users.
Partner with Regional Sales Directors to align regional growth plans and business development initiatives.
Create and drive customer engagement programs through product demonstrations, training, and tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in target accounts.
Support cross-functional initiatives including new product introductions, VOC collection, and product trials.
Utilize CRM tools (MS Dynamics) to manage team activities, opportunity funnels, and forcasting in partnership with regional sales teams
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and drive innovation.
Promote corporate programs and develop targeted initiatives to increase market share in HIP through NPI, product marketing, pricing, and promotion.
Ensure team alignment with ESAB’s value selling process and customer engagement standards.
Assume additional responsibilities as needed to support the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Welding or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
7+ years of experience in industrial sales, technical leadership, or equipment business development.
Proven ability to lead and scale technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
Working Conditions
Remains in a stationary position 50% of the time and involves additional physical demands such as ascending/descending stairs, walking stooping and standing.
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment ‘PPE’ when working/visiting manufacturing and plant locations.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery including but not limited to printer, tablets, cell phones.
Moves transports, puts, or removes equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.; pushes, pulls products weighing up to 200 lbs. using provided safety tools.
May be exposed to varying weather during travel.
Domestic/international travel required approximately 80%.
