Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full time position (35-40 hours) in our Health Information Department for an Administrative Assistant.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Process release of information requests for Floyd Valley Healthcare and Floyd Valley Clinics
- Submit death and birth certificate information
- Scan hospital and clinic documentation
- Process incomplete ambulatory orders
- Transfer external documents from the fax queue to chart
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required within six months of employment.

Floyd Valley Healthcare has had a rich history of serving the healthcare needs of people in Le Mars, Iowa and the surrounding communities. Today, Floyd Valley includes the hospital, family medicine clinics in Le Mars, Marcus and Remsen, and public health. We serve people in their homes through home health and home medical services.
