Our people make all the difference in our success. We are looking for an engineer to perform triage, resolution, and coordinate/lead managed incident calls to assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution for high-priority incidents impacting production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical issues reported via eyes-on-glass monitoring, ServiceNow incidents, and user reports.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills while coordinating and leading managed incident calls.

  • Provide Level 2 troubleshooting and incident resolution.

  • Perform Application Insights monitoring and analysis for proactive issue detection.

  • Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and root cause analysis.

  • Ensure PROD environment monitoring for stability and availability.

  • Conduct database health checks and escalate issues as needed.

  • Collaborate with the Command Center for real-time incident management and escalation.

  • Implement and support DevOps practices across production support, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment monitoring.

  • Identify opportunities and drive process improvements.

  • Partner with other teams to improve alert quality and incident handling.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Required Experience & Education:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience required.

  • Proven experience leading/managing technical teams with a passion for developing talent.

  • Experience with vendor management in an onshore/offshore model.

Required Skills:

  • Positive, growth-oriented mindset

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.

  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Application Insights.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and change management.

  • Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) for CI/CD, release management, and deployment pipelines.

  • Understanding of DevOps principles and automation in production environments.

  • Experience with Sonarwinds for network and infrastructure monitoring.

  • Knowledge of DatabaseIDR and ability to perform SQL queries for troubleshooting and health checks.

  • Understanding of on-prem and cloud solutions.

  • System administration proficiency with UNIX, Linux, and Windows.

  • General network knowledge (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, Load balancers).

Desired Experience: 

  • Exposure to Jira

  • Strong Knowledge of database management and data integration.

  • Should be very good at diagnosing and resolving technical issues across different environments.

  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot general database issues and perform health checks.

  • Expertise in writting shell scripts {Preferred: PowerShell}

  • Skilled in implementing security measures at every phase of SDLC
