Career Architecture Role – GCC Project Management Analyst–
Role Description:
Requires someone with a keen ability to manage, direct, and plan intricate projects from their inception to successful completion. The primary responsibilities include coordinating, scheduling, and performing various program type activities working across a matrix of capabilities and teams. As the ESI GCC Project Management Lead Analyst this role will be on the ground in Hyderabad ensuring that capability execution is occurring as planned so that ESI can advance their GSS strategy and Hyderabad shifting capabilities are positioned to operate independently and successfully. Daily responsibilities will include coordinating execution of key organizational GCC strategies across a wide array of capabilities that support the PBS, EviCore and Evernorth Utilization organizations. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with organizational chiefs-of-staff, key US GCC contacts, and Hyderabad GCC Managers and Leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong project development/management methodologies and expert knowledge with Excel assess, analyze and summarize multiple data sources. A significant aspect of this role involves identifying and negotiating schedules, organizing to achieve key milestones, and collaborating in a matrix environment to drive project objectives. Setting milestone plans and communicating with all key stakeholders in a federated ownership model between the US and India. Creativity, foresight, and judgment are highly valued as we conceive, plan, and mature our GCC but it has to be done with a global mindset. Over time, the person in this role must become a subject matter expert in for Express Scripts between the US and India.
Daily Activities include but are not limited to:
- Support execution and tracking of E2E GCC Plan across ESI Pharmacy Benefit Services & Evernorth Utilization Management
- Identify and track issues/defects to closure through developing strong relationships to network through the complexities of a large global company spanning many lines of business
- Assist with gathering, synthesizing and analyzing source data across multiple Excel extracts.
- Highly proficient expert in using advanced Excel functionality
- Trouble-shooting unexpected issues and organizing mitigation actions to remove
- Familiarity with the PBS industry
- Strong communication and written skills that will be effective in a global matrix environment
- Ability to operate independently but leadership skills to know when and how to engage when assistance is needed.
- Strong analytical knowledge
- Experience working in a high-paced operational type background with time-sensitive demands
Qualifications:
- Project Management certification
- Upto 4 years of experience in large program management work
- Upto 4 years of experience with complex Excel analysis and work (we will be looking for demonstrations of proficiency)
- Experience working in the healthcare or financial industry
- Comfortable working in an independent, high-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with C-Suite leadership
- Experience working with a global team and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly organized and efficient with time management
- Experience working on Tableau developer is a plus (not required)
- Proven experience working on SharePoint and Access preferred
