What to Expect:
- Structured Onboarding & Rotational Training
- Gain exposure to key production areas and understand operations from the ground up.
- Work closely with experienced supervisors to develop management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in real-world scenarios.
- Gain experience in lean manufacturing, procedural process control, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Receive OSHA certification and training in workplace safety, environmental regulations, and compliance.
- Work with experienced mentors and follow a structured promotion pathway into a leadership role.
