Job Description
We’re seeking a High-Volume Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to support our field-level hiring needs and will be based out of Coppell, TX. In this role, you’ll be the primary talent partner for branch and frontline roles, driving recruitment efforts to attract a diverse, high-quality pool of candidates who align with our organizational values. Your expertise will be crucial in building and managing a robust pipeline to meet the demands of high-volume, field-based hiring.
You will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners across multiple locations to understand role requirements and provide targeted sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement strategies. This role requires a mix of traditional and innovative recruiting approaches, including social media, to meet high-volume hiring goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor recruiting strategies that support high-volume, field-based roles. Using data insights to go after great talent, networking, organize hiring events with vendors, and outreach events to identify talent pipelines.

Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to understand the unique needs of field roles and support informed hiring decisions through regular consultation and insights.

Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience and fast turnaround to meet high demand hiring.

Other Duties: Support additional recruiting and HR initiatives as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience: 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly with high-volume or field-based roles. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:

ATS Proficiency: Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms, especially for managing high-volume pipelines.

Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting projects and hiring needs across locations efficiently.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation to candidates and hiring managers.

Organization & Initiative: Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing multiple field-level hiring processes and a commitment to results.
