  • Resolve site queries, constructability issues, clashes and design discrepancies through timely technical clarification and controlled change processes
  • Support the investigation and resolution of HV incidents, standing issues and emerging technical risks that fall outside local Operations capability
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, programme, cost, quality and system performance, and share lessons learned across projects
  • Ensure complete project handover, including as-built drawings, test records, operation and maintenance manuals, asset information, training and outstanding-action close-out

Requirements

  • Sound understanding of HV installation, testing, protection, energisation, commissioning and operational handover requirements.
  • Experience supervising contractors and coordinating multiple work fronts within a live construction environment.
  • Strong commitment to electrical safety, permit-to-work controls, risk management and high-quality site execution.
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical, constructability and interface issues while maintaining programme and operational priorities.
  • Experience managing RFIs, non-conformances, defects, punch lists, red-line mark-ups and as-built documentation.
