About the Opportunity - High Velocity Account Executive
As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle and help growing businesses transform the way they hire. This is a true high-velocity sales role where momentum matters, activity fuels success, and every conversation is an opportunity to win.
You’ll partner directly with business leaders, run consultative sales processes, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and help companies solve real hiring challenges using Employ’s recruiting technology.

What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Build pipeline through outbound activity, strategic outreach, and follow-up
Run discovery calls that uncover business pain points and hiring challenges
Deliver engaging, consultative product demos that showcase the value of Employ’s solutions
Create urgency, manage multiple opportunities, and drive deals forward with speed and precision
Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Maintain a disciplined, high-activity approach to pipeline generation and opportunity management
Leverage sales tools, enablement resources, and CRM workflows to maximize efficiency
Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously improve processes, messaging, and execution
Bring energy, positivity, and a winning mindset to the team every day

What You Bring:
2+ years of proven sales success, owning and executing the full sales cycle end to end, ideally in SaaS or other high-velocity environments.
Software demonstration preferred
Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence engaging with business decision-makers
HCM, HR tech, or recruiting software experience is a plus
Formal sales training is a plus
