Our formal Summer Internship Program is ten (10) weeks (June 2nd - August 5th), part-time* (<30 hrs./wk.) and provides in-person opportunities in Fort Worth, TX.
We’re looking for energetic college students, currently in your Sophomore or Junior year the following role:
Learning & Development Intern
We are seeking an intern for our Learning and Development team who is passionate about creating an engaging learning environment through digital design and live classes. This ideal candidate will have experience using Canva and PowerPoint and is friendly, confident, and comfortable presenting to an audience.
This role is ideal for someone majoring in teaching, psychology, sociology, or Human Resource Development. If you are passionate about helping others learn and grow, and you’re eager to gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development, we’d love to have you on board!
Throughout the summer, interns will gain real-world experience by working alongside Higginbotham professionals, contributing to meaningful projects, and learning more about the insurance and financial services industry. You'll have the opportunity to build your professional skills while gaining insight into potential career paths and experiencing firsthand what it's like to be part of the Higginbotham team.
But the experience goes beyond your day-to-day role. Our Summer Internship Program is designed to help you learn, connect, and grow through opportunities such as:
