Job Description
Onsite role in Charlotte, NC for a Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Hexagon (formerly Infor) EAM, covering configuration, requirement gathering, and development.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements from IT and business teams and perform gap analysis.
Map customer requirements into the product (AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios).
Create and maintain asset hierarchy (ISO14224).
Prepare functional requirements and propose workarounds where possible.
Coordinate with offshore development team for customizations.
Provide functional guidance to development teams.
Perform functional testing to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Assist customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Obtain project milestone sign-offs at every level.
Plan Go-Live using predefined checklists.
Follow SDLC, Agile, and project implementation lifecycles.
Open to domestic/international travel and onsite work.
Required Skills
10–14 years relevant experience in Hexagon EAM.
Strong understanding of functional configurations and modules:
Maintenance
Supply chain
Materials
Equipment
Inspection
Projects and Budget modules
Nice to Have
Experience in 3–5 full Hexagon (Infor) implementation cycles.
Domain knowledge in maintenance and supply chain.
Soft Skills
Excellent oral and written English communication.
Positive attitude and team player.
