On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for Market Access and Pricing Specialist.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Coordinate the local cross-functional team and external consultants, in alignment with the Strategic HEOR & Pricing Head, for the creation of P&R Dossier and adaptation of economic models
- Support the Strategic HEOR & Pricing Head for the creation of a compelling pricing and reimbursement strategy for negotiation/renegotiations with the Italian Regulatory Agency (AIFA) to achieve the optimal P&R conditions and market penetration
- Identify data gaps and needs to support P&R strategy and products value communication
- Propose, implement and coordinate HEOR activities to fill these gaps working closely with Value Access and Public Affairs, Medical and Marketing teams ensuring to meet the deadlines according to the P&R timeline
- Coordinate external activities and consultants with the objective of create a strong value proposition and winning pricing strategy
- Stay informed of relevant evolving healthcare policy and reimbursement landscape at European, national and regional level to anticipate market access trends and regulatory requirements
- Monitor the pricing & reimbursement landscape that could impact our products including innovative and successful initiatives of competitors/analogs
- Create tools and maintain them constantly updated to monitoring new AIFA negotiation approach and timing
- Alignment with the HQ to keep them updated in terms of P&R Dossier preparation and strategy and HEOR activities
- Support the Strategic HEOR & Pricing Head in the Pricing Reporting activity
WHO YOU ARE:
- Scientific Degree or Degree in Economics
- At least 2 years of previous experience in the same role
- Good familiarity with simple financial modelling and pricing and project management skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, strategic thinking
- Attitude to work in a multidisciplinary and highly complex environment
- Target and customer orientation (both internal and external)
- Excellent knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
- IT skills (e.g. Excel)
- Agile way of working is a must
- Can-do attitude and strong digital mindset
