Responsabilidades

Este rol te brindará la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave para impulsar tu desarrollo profesional. Entre las responsabilidades se incluyen:

  • Construir y mantener relaciones de confianza con hematólogos, farmacéuticos hospitalarios y equipos multidisciplinarios dentro de tu territorio.
  • Brindar información científica y clínica clara, basada en evidencia, para apoyar el diagnóstico y las decisiones terapéuticas.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de territorio y estrategias de cuentas para mejorar el acceso de los pacientes y el nivel de servicio.
  • Trabajar con colegas multifuncionales (acceso, médico, market access y soporte a pacientes) para resolver barreras relacionadas con el tratamiento y el seguimiento.
  • Registrar de manera precisa actividades e insights en los sistemas CRM y reportar el desempeño del territorio.
  • Participar en actividades locales de educación médica y apoyar prácticas promocionales en cumplimiento con la normativa.

Requisitos Básicos

Buscamos profesionales con las siguientes habilidades y calificaciones requeridas para ayudarnos a alcanzar nuestros objetivos:

  • Título universitario en un campo relacionado con la salud, ciencias de la vida o equivalente.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles de campo en la industria farmacéutica, idealmente en hematología, oncología o áreas de alta especialidad.
  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento con profesionales de la salud.
  • Capacidad demostrada para planificar y gestionar un territorio de ventas o cuentas.
  • Manejo de herramientas CRM y Microsoft Office.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Chile.

Requisitos Deseables

Será un plus si cuentas con las siguientes características:

  • Experiencia trabajando con hospitales e instituciones públicas de salud en Chile.
  • Experiencia previa gestionando cuentas clave o cuentas hospitalarias estratégicas.
  • Conocimiento de rutas de acceso para pacientes y procesos de reembolso.
  • Experiencia apoyando eventos de educación clínica o advisory boards.
  • Español y nivel conversacional de inglés.
  • Experiencia utilizando Veeva CRM u otras herramientas similares del sector.

Modelo de trabajo y ubicación

  • Este rol es presencial, con viajes regulares dentro del territorio asignado en Chile.
  • Se espera que trabajes desde entornos de atención en salud y oficinas de GSK según sea necesario.

Skills Required

  • University degree in health-related field or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of field experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in hematology or oncology
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals
  • Proven ability to plan and manage a sales territory or accounts
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and availability to travel within Chile
