• 4 month temporary employment.
• Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software as required.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware errors, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT support teams for resolution.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and assist with password issues.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure security and privacy of IT systems and networks.
• Test new technology and assist with the development of IT projects as needed.

• Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-oriented and patient with good problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have:

• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field; additional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus. 
• AD is a plus.

This role is in-office at least 3–4 days per week.
