Job Description

The role will be based in Worcester office, working Monday to Friday and will report to the Project Management Team and the Service Delivery Team within the Health business area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a hard-working mentality to be successful in a role that genuinely makes a difference to the lives of the others. Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a small team and providing support to the projects and implementation team and the service delivery team.
  • General administration tasks to support the team I.e., collecting information from clients, creating user login accounts, and disseminating these out to end users.
  • Assisting with producing training materials.
  • Supporting with weekly reports and project tasks.
  • Adherence to Governance processes when completing daily duties.
  • Maintaining end-user support channels.
  • Provide support to end users.

Qualifications

  • Experience Implementing or Training on Software Solutions
  • Helpdesk Experience would be desirable
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office product suite.
  • Experience with Data Entry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently using own initiative.
  • Structured & proactive approach with an attention to detail.
  • Good numeracy and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK. Documentary evidence will be required.

  • Depending on the nature of the role a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check may also be required along with further vetting checks like SC and NPPV3
