Helpdesk Analyst

Location - Bedford MA. - USA
The candidate will be a talented and motivated individual with effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must have experience with Microsoft technologies - Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and Manage Engine software. In addition, the candidate must have an understanding of hardware and virtualization, namely Hyper-V and VMWare. The successful candidate will be highly customer focused with a keen interest in technology as a business enabler and work towards making it happen.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Provide Tier 1 support for technical issues related to our software and Windows operating systems.
• Offer assistance and resolve issues through efficient Help Desk support.
• Maintain and develop new workstations and workstations builds
• Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Provide effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Continue to seek customer focused opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and strengthen client relationship
• Coordinate IT tasks related to new employee onboarding
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues related to Windows operating systems.
Qualifications:
• College diploma or university degree in a technical field and 1-2 years equivalent work experience
• Working technical knowledge of Windows 10\11, Server OS Windows Server 2019 and higher and Linux Systems
• Knowledgeable in application support experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS 365, Microsoft Hyper-V, VM-Ware and Cisco devices.
• Comfortable deploying systems and imaging
• Experience with Dell and Cisco technology (servers and storage) is a plus
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
• Prior customer service experience in the software industry is a plus.
