We are seeking for a Help Desk Support Specialist, based in Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role you will be part of our Help Desk team which aims to deliver the best technical support to our internal employees.
Role Responsibilities

Providing first line of IT support via phone addressing software, hardware, application and network issues experienced by our internal employees.

Assist with mobile device setup and configuration.

Conduct remote sessions to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Document support activities and resolutions in ticketing system.

Assist with basic IT administrative tasks, such as user account setup.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of common issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.

Deliver timely and professional support while ensuring employee satisfaction.
Role Requirements

Analytical and critical thinking abilities to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

Familiarity with common business applications, mobile devices, and software troubleshooting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong desire to help end-users and colleagues.

Ability to provide step-by-step instructions, both verbal and written.

Fluency in spoken and written English.

Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and organized records.

Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, which may include weekends and bank holidays.

Customer service experience as well as a degree/certification in Computer Science (or similar studies) would be considered as an advantage.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1175 – 2025 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
