Job DescriptionThis role offers a rate of $22.00 per hour at this location. The compensation is fixed and does not vary based on qualifications.
We are seeking a qualified Help Desk Intern for our corporate office. You will work with an excellent corporate team, as well as with outstanding employees and managers throughout our locations in the U.S. As a Help Desk Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical assistance and support related to hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies
- Providing good customer service and support in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting troubleshooting steps in ticketing software
- Evaluating and troubleshooting IT issues that arise
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Be detail-oriented
- Show experience with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and general desktop applications
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task
- Have the ability to lift and/or carry up to 35 lbs
In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:
- Networking experience on a LAN/WAN environment
- Windows 10/11 skills
