As a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide support to end-users, located at our multiple PPG sites. You will resolve technical problems, whilst also responding to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support. This is a remote friendly position.
Main Responsibilities.
· Communicate with non-IT and IT specialists alike to ensure customer and service level standards are met.
· Contribute to definition of training documentation and training plans.
· Have a focus in IT solutions, aiming for quality and looking for first call solutions.
· IT infrastructure support.
· Participate in agreed infrastructure projects.
Qualifications.
· Previous experience in a service desk analyst role (aprox 1-2 years).
· Prioritize and complete tasks.
· Troubleshooting skills coupled with a "can do” attitude towards problem-solving.
· Proficiency in English.
· Experience in ERP systems desirable.
