Job Responsibilities:
- Realizar la matriz general de cursos requeridos para cada puesto en la organización
Colaborar con la calidad del producto mediante la creación, mejoramiento, implementación y seguimiento de planes de capacitación y entrenamiento de acuerdo con los requisitos de clientes, legales, internos, STPS, Seguridad, Corporativo, IATF e ISO 14001. Dar seguimiento a los requerimientos de personal que la empresa solicite, apegado a las políticas de la empresa.
Responsabilidades:
- Experiencia en entrenamiento y desarrollo de escuela de operadores.
- Diseñar y mantener la matriz general de cursos por puesto.
- Coordinar la inducción corporativa y al puesto, asegurando calidad y resguardo de evidencias.
- Liderar procesos de cambios de categoría y actualización anual de descripciones de puesto.
- Detectar necesidades de capacitación y elaborar el plan anual de entrenamiento.
- Gestionar entrenamientos operativos bajo metodología TWI y medir su efectividad.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de requerimientos corporativos, legales y de seguridad en el área de capacitación.
- Mantener indicadores y tableros actualizados mensualmente.
- Administrar auditorías del área (STPS, IATF, ISO, C-TPAT, etc.) y documentación en WorkDay.
- Controlar expedientes, evidencias y matrices de habilidades (ILUO).
- Coordinar el área Dojo y eventos del departamento.
- Gestionar proveedores y trámites ante STPS (DC1-DC5).
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología, Contabilidad o Afín
- Inglés intermedio
Experiencia:
- 4 años en el área de Capacitación
- 4 años en el área de Recursos Humanos
- 3 años en auditorias
- Conocimiento aspectos legales de capacitación
- Planes y Programas de capacitación
- Conocimiento en normatividad de la STPS, LFT, OHSAS, IATF 16949
- C-TPAT
- Auditor Interno ISO 14001
- Auditor Interno IATF
- Manejo de auditoría
