Associate, Investor Services (SRG)

Locations: Evansville, IN | Hybrid

The Share Register Group (SRG) is responsible for managing key operational functions including investor onboarding and subscription processing, maintaining accurate shareholder records, and delivering responsive investor services and communications. The team also supports fund accounting through net asset value (NAV) calculations and ensures compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to the integrity and efficiency of fund operations.

What You Will Get To Do:

• Maintaining and updating share registry regarding all transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, switches & transfers)
• Interacting with accounting team relating to P & L issues to create monthly investor statements
• Assisting Investor Relations Group by providing solutions and creating reports relating to ad hoc problems for all clients on our platform
• Rigorous testing and experimentation of new products to roll out to clients
• Performing conversions to accommodate new clients entering platform
• Learning series vs. equalization accounting methods to facilitate the daily database maintenance

What You Will Bring:

• BA in Business, Finance or Mathematics
• Self-motivated with a professional demeanor
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to think outside the box
• Ability to share and communicate ideas aimed at achieving shared goals
• Experience maintaining databases a plus
• Strong level of MS Excel required: V-LOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, Data Analysis, & Charts.
• Able to work in local office 6-days per month per hybrid work model.
