Angel City VA is looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant (English/Hebrew) to join our team remotely. This vital role provides executive and administrative support while serving as a bridge between English- and Hebrew-speaking clients and team members. Responsibilities include calendar and email management, coordination of meetings and communications, interpretation support, and light bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking, invoice management, and basic financial record keeping. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Compensation & Hours:
- $10 USD/hour
- Approximately 20 hours per month
Responsibilities:
- Hebrew ↔ English translation via WhatsApp and phone.
- Light administrative assistance.
- Communication support as needed.
