How your day-to-day in this role would look:
You will receive specialist training on the product, platform and relevant policies before taking responsibility for reviewing user-generated content.
As a Content Moderator, you will:
- Review and assess content in accordance with established platform policies
- Identify and moderate content that violates client guidelines
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established procedures
- Apply policies consistently and make accurate decisions based on the available information
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across every case you review
- Contribute to a safe and positive online environment for platform users
- Work with quality and performance standards in a fast-paced international environment
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
- Hebrew: Fluent/native-level Hebrew
- English: Good level of English for working in an international environment
- Analytical mindset: Able to evaluate information objectively and make well-informed decisions
- Attention to detail: Comfortable working with detailed guidelines and quality standards
- Communication skills: Able to communicate clearly and professionally
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Digital interest: Comfortable using online platforms and interested in technology and digital trends
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, trust & safety or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential
Important eligibility requirement
Candidates must have either:
- An EU passport, or
- A valid Greek work permit
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
