Join the team at Eck Industries, a leading aluminum foundry in Manitowoc, WI. We’re looking for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented for our Heat Treat department to help shape precision aluminum castings used in aerospace, defense, and cutting-edge industries.
What You’ll Do

Get hands-on preparing castings for heat treatment by following step-by-step instructions

Learn to read and understand job specs and production requirements

Be part of the aging and straightening process to help create quality products

Set up and run heat treat equipment with training and team support

Take pride in helping ensure finished products meet quality standards
What We’re Looking For

Prior manufacturing experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!).

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Good attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Comfortable working with your hands in an active environment.
