The Health Representative Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, ensuring compliance and performance management, developing strategic plans, and enhancing customer experience in the pharmaceuticals sector, specifically vaccines.

The Health Manager is a people manager of the Health Representative team. They are accountable for the supervision, development and leadership of 10 -15 Pfizer Health Representatives (HRs), sales performance of the business portfolio of products, development of superior virtual excellence capabilities across the team and business knowledge of the area landscape to assess key stakeholders and future trends within the business marketplace. This position will require regular coaching and observation of HRs and frequent customer contact as well as the development of a strong, effective partnership with marketing and Account Management colleagues .
The H R M will ensure compliant execution by team members, driving understanding of relevant policies and guidance and advancing a culture of integrity. The H R M will partner seamlessly with BU leadership to deliver the optimal customer experience, advance capabilities, and performance on the achievement of sales and engagement metrics. Responsible for supervising operations of the assigned team to include hiring, coaching, representative development, and performance management. Effectively plan and operationalize a strategy to achieve assigned business and customer experience objectives , collaborating with BU partners and other cross-functional partners.

  • Virtual Excellence / Customer Experience

  • Uses metrics to continuously monitor and improve the customer experience provided by representatives while sharing best practices and learnings with others

  • Able to expertly operate digital and virtual tools / platforms and trains the team to master all available digital / virtual content

  • Demonstrates advanced virtual communication

  • Collaborated with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies.

  • Bachelor's Degree required .

  • Commercial, Management and/or marketing experience strongly recommended.

  • 1-3 years in vaccines area of previous pharma sales experience preferred with demonstrated results.

  • English level: medium desirable.

  • Successful people management and talent development experience

  • Demonstrated digital acumen, Local health care system proficiency

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are required and ability to analyze and draw relevant conclusions using available data and information

  • Demonstrates change agility; accountability; takes/seeks feedback; the ability to be connected to others; remote collaboration with cross-functional internal teams; Market place and business acumen, stakeholder management; and understanding the business priorities

  • The ability to develop strong professional relationships / networks in a dynamic and challenging environment

  • Exceptional time management skills; intrinsically productive and scheduled, even in the absence of direct management oversight

  • K AM mindset and nontraditional market experience.
