The Health Access Interns will be supporting building the country HEOR strategy and dossiers aligned with global and local A&V and commercial strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understands HTA and public and private payer processes and value drivers and identifies specific evidence needs for outcomes / health-economic data and co-creates research / study projects based on these needs.
- Co-Create customized value proposition to support product formulary listings and reimbursement objectives to external stakeholders.
- Adapts, customize Global HEOR materials/models/data (e.g. value dossiers and propositions, cost effectiveness models, budget impact models...) for local use leveraging available research (clinical studies, observational studies, literature, etc.) or locally developed data, where needed; in collaboration with Medical and supported by global HTA/HEOR materials and teams.
- Collaborate with the medical affairs team in setting up research / study projects, designing proposals, identifying suitable sites and providing regular updates on ongoing research projects to the team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Pharmacy students or Pharmacy graduates undergoing Health Economics degrees (University
- A valid internship agreement from their current university (Convention de Stage de leur université couvrant la période de stage).
- Location: Algeria
- Evidence generation competency and strong analytical skills.
- Strong organization / prioritization skills
- Proficient in written and spoken French and English.
- Strong written and verbal communications kills
- English fluency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- HEOR/HTA & statistics capabilities and publications are preferred.
- Broad Therapeutic Area experience is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills: Ability to work on cross functional team
- Good negotiation skills
