We are looking for an exceptional Headteacher to lead our school with vision, integrity, and a strong commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will inspire both staff and pupils to achieve their full potential in a supportive and ambitious learning environment. Building positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community will be central to this role. Skills Required

  • Proven leadership experience in a school setting (senior leadership)
  • Demonstrable experience driving school improvement and raising standards
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)
  • Enhanced DBS check (required prior to commencement)
  • References covering any previous employment working with children (one referee from that role)
  • Ability to build positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and the wider community
