Job Responsibilities:
Define and deep-dive into luxury consumer personas - from our affluent trendsetters to our Ultra-High-Net-Worth private clients—curating specialized journeys for across Private Bank, HLB Priority and Branch Wealth Distribution.
Curate Strategic Partnerships - Source, pitch, and secure exclusive collaborations with premium global and local lifestyle brands to elevate our client benefits and rewards program.
Act as the brand guardian for our Wealth division. You’ll craft high-end content strategies, thought-leadership pieces, and sophisticated communications that position the bank as a premier lifestyle and financial partner.
Lead 360-degree creative campaigns from concept to execution across premium media channels, digital platforms, and exclusive events.
Bridge the gap between our luxury brand vision and our internal product, sales, and distribution teams to bring seamless, premium client experiences to life.
Own the luxury roadmap and shape how affluent consumers interact with our brand across Malaysia. Build relationships with top-tier luxury brands, industry icons, and elite partners.
Job Requirements:
Malaysian citizen
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience managing premium or luxury brands, customer segmentation, or high-tier experiential marketing.
Sound experience in executing effective micro-marketing campaigns or wealth-related engagements.
You have a proven track record of pitching, closing, and managing high-value strategic partnerships.
You possess sharp commercial acumen, a forward-thinking mindset, and a deep appreciation for premium aesthetics and storytelling.
You are agile, self-driven, and highly collaborative, capable of managing complex projects and aligning with cross-functional teams.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- At least 10 years of relevant banking, segmentation and marketing management experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Wealth Management marketing
