A high-growth, globally recognized US-based D2C beauty and wellness brand is building their new digital advertising hub in Warsaw and looking for a Head of User Acquisition / Lead UA Manager.

This is a foundational hire. You will not be inheriting a playbook; you will be writing it. Starting with a blank slate, you will have the mandate and financial backing to build a best-in-class user acquisition machine. For the right builder, this system will scale aggressively, with the potential to manage a $50M+ annual run rate as you prove performance.

You will work directly with the VP of Growth and the founding Warsaw team to define the acquisition strategy, account architecture, and scaling mechanics. If you are an ambitious, resilient operator who thrives in high-accountability environments and wants to build a global UA function from scratch, this is your next move.

What You Will Do
  • Act as the Founding UA Leader: Build, own, and scale the user acquisition function for the Warsaw office from day one.
  • Architect from Scratch: Define the acquisition strategy, build campaign structures, and create the operating playbook.
  • Drive Performance: Own paid acquisition performance with a heavy focus on Meta for the US market.
  • Optimize CAC: Relentlessly improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while preserving scale and quality.
  • Design Frameworks: Build the testing strategies, reporting logic, automation rules, and scaling mechanics required to run UA at a massive scale.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with data, product, and leadership teams to improve funnel performance and media efficiency.
  • Build the Team: As campaigns scale, you will hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing UA team.
What You Bring (Must-Haves)
  • Deep Meta Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on, operational experience scaling acquisition campaigns on Meta, specifically targeting the US market.
  • Funnel Mastery: Proven experience with web-to-app or web-to-purchase performance funnels.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong command of CAC economics, creative testing, funnel metrics, and scaling levers.
  • The "Zero to One" Muscle: You have built UA accounts, testing plans, automation logic, and rule-based scaling frameworks from scratch.
  • Commercial Sharpness: Highly entrepreneurial, structured, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with the Eastern European growth ecosystems (e.g., highly disciplined testing and rapid iteration cultures).
  • Language: Fluent English.
