We are seeking an experienced lead for our Transformation and Information Systems Office to drive our organizational transformation. This role is pivotal in aligning our business strategies with our application landscape.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate & Deliver Projects: Oversee large-scale business transformation projects with significant impact across TOMRA Recycling, ensuring strategic alignment, delivery on time and quality and fostering strong relationships with functional departments.
- Build and Lead Office: Establish and lead the Transformation & Information Systems Office, covering project and change management, business consulting, and application management.
- Define and Shape Application Landscape: Shape the future application landscape to meet strategic goals, evaluate and approve new applications, and propose innovative solutions. Working closely with our solution architect to ensure technical fit.
- Budget and Relationship Management: Manage the budget for transformation and information systems activities, maintain strong relationships with Group-IT and other divisions, and oversee contracts and licensing for IS components.
- Drive Change: Trigger and support organizational transformation, process optimization, and reorganization to support rapid growth.
- Collaborate and Align: Partner with our Management to identify, define, and deliver business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with process landscape and application map.
Qualifications
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the machine building industry, with a strong business acumen.
- Leadership Experience: Over 10 years of experience as a people manager demonstrating strong leadership abilities, with at least 5 years in a similar role such as ERP project manager for large-scale projects, head of IT with a focus on Information Systems, or Business Transformation Lead with a focus on Digital Transformation.
- Strategically Harmonizing Application Landscapes: Proven experience in multi-year business transformation projects to harmonize application landscapes to meet business goals with a team of business consultants and application managers
- IT & ERP Expertise: Sufficient IT skills to effectively collaborate with Group IT and Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, ideally IFS, and their capabilities. Has ideally had responsibility for functional business application maps while Group infrastructure is out of scope.
- Change and Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in managing change and building strong relationships across the organization.
- Supplier Management: Skilled in managing external suppliers, including contract negotiation, performance control and cost management.
